What counts as a conversation
The unit every plan is measured in, and the one worth reading twice before you pick a number.
One customer, one month
A thread with the same person counts once, however many messages it takes to close. Come back next month and it counts again.
Every channel, one count
The same customer moving from a comment to a DM to WhatsApp is still one conversation, because it is still one thread.
Only what the agent handles
Threads you answer yourself are free. Take one over and it stops counting against the plan from that point.
The money questions
Limits, changing plan, how you pay, and what happens the day you want to stop. The Refund & Cancellation policy is the binding version.
One customer, one thread, one month. However many messages go back and forth in it, and whichever channel it arrived on, it counts once. If the same customer comes back next month with a new question, that is a second conversation.
